Eminem has taken aim at Sean "Diddy" Combs on newly-released tracks, as the embattled hip-hop mogul faces multiple sexual misconduct allegations.

Combs has faced legal and civil battles over the past several months, with lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and sex trafficking. Investigators with the Department of Homeland Security executed search warrants at properties belonging to Combs in Miami and Los Angeles on March 25.

The raids were tied to sex-trafficking allegations leveled by multiple plaintiffs, The Associated Press reported, citing law-enforcement sources. Homeland Security Investigations said in a statement that it had "executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami and our local law enforcement partners." Combs has denied any wrongdoing.

Rapper Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, addressed the controversy when he released his anticipated 12th studio album called The Death of Slim Shady (Coupe de Grâce), which includes the track "Fuel," featuring JID.

The headlines surrounding Combs' over the past several months were highlighted in the track's lyrics, as Eminem rapped: "Do not test like an essay (Why?) / 'Cause like where my homies out West, aye (Yeah) / We can just say (What?)

"I'm like an R-A-P-E-R / I got so many S-As, S-As / Wait, he didn't just spell the word rapper and leave out a 'P', did he? / Yup, R-I-P, rest in peace, Biggie / And 'Pac, both of y'all should be living / Yup, but I ain't tryna beef with him 'cause he might put a hit on me like Keefe D, did him / And that's the only way you're gonna be killing me (Nah) / Ain't gonna be on no beat, silly (Yeah)."

Newsweek has contacted representatives of Combs via email for comment.

Late rappers Tupac Shakur and Christopher "Notorious B.I.G." or "Biggie Smalls" Wallace were both fatally shot in the 1990s. Former gang member Duane Keith Davis, otherwise known as Keefe D, was last year charged with involvement in Shakur's death. He is currently scheduled to go on trial in November.

Eminem also took lyrical aim at Combs over video footage released by CNN in May that showed the Bad Boy Records founder violently attacking his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in the hallway of a Los Angeles hotel back in 2016.

Ventura filed a lawsuit against Combs in November 2023, accusing him of rape and years of repeated physical and other abuse. The suit was quickly settled between both parties.

After having initially denied any wrongdoing when singer Ventura filed her lawsuit, Combs broke his silence soon after the footage was unveiled, saying in a video that he he was "f***ed up" and that he'd "hit rock bottom" at the time of the reported assault. He said that his "behavior on that video is inexcusable" and that he takes "full responsibility for [his] actions."

On the new track "Antichrist," Eminem made mention of the matter as he rapped: "Next idiot ask me is getting his a** beat worse than Diddy did / But on the real, though / She prolly ran out the room with his f****** dildo / He tried to field goal punt her, she said to chill / Now put it back in my a** and get the steel toe."

Combs' other lawsuits accuse the musician and businessman of sexual harassment, drugging, making threats, "revenge porn," sex trafficking, rape and physical abuse.

Last week, Adria English, a former porn star, filed a lawsuit claiming that she was sex trafficked at Combs' annual Labor Day "white party." She has alleged that Combs groomed her into sex trafficking between 2004 and 2009, according to court documents. English has also claimed that her boyfriend and another model were asked to perform oral sex on Combs if they wanted to get a job. It marked the 10th lawsuit filed against Combs since November.

Combs' attorney, Jonathan Davis, has denied these allegations, saying in a statement: "No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any proof.

"Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court."
