Jon Gosselin, 47, and his daughter Hannah, 20, have lost 75 pounds between the two of them.

The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 stars have opened up to ET about their weight loss journey, with Hannah gushing, "I feel great. I'm really happy." The pair worked with the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, where they began taking semaglutide, which is a medication that was initially used to treat type 2 diabetes, but has since become a popular tool for long-term weight management, per UCLA Health.

In addition to the semaglutide, working out every day, and eating healthier, Jon has also received CellSound treatments, as well as treatments for his low testosterone. The father-daughter pair talked about how they focus on eating a high-protein diet, and avoiding pasta, soda, and fast food.

Hannah is happy with the results she's seen so far, and shared how the weight loss has made her feel more confident. "When I put on my pair of shorts that I wore two years ago I danced around my room. I was so happy. It was the best feeling ever," Hannah told the publication.

She noted that she normally would have avoided going to the pool or the beach, but has been spending her whole summer there this year. "It really is a confidence booster to know that you look in the mirror and you're happy with the way that you look," Hannah said. Her father agreed about the confidence boost, saying, "I work out at the beach and sometimes I don't wear a shirt because it's 100 degrees outside now. Before I would just sweat through it, now [I take it off]."

Jon also gushed about having "these things called abs," noting, "They just appeared." Though they love the results, the pair are beginning to wean themselves off of the medicine, and focusing on "actively changing our lives." Jon's newfound confidence might be a part in why the former reality star is considering getting back into the game.

"You can't quit being famous. It just doesn't work," Jon told ET, noting that if they can't have any privacy anyway, they may as well figure out a way to monetize it for themselves. He pointed out that the public still has at least some interest, seeing as he was last on TV in 2009, but is still speaking to the press.

Jon and his family first rose to fame after appearing in a 2005 Discovery Health special called Surviving Sextuplets and Twins, which was followed by another called Sextuplets and Twins: One Year Later. That led to their famous TLC series, Jon & Kate Plus 8, which featured his then-wife Kate Gosselin.

The couple, who have since gone through a contentious divorce, also co-wrote the New York Times Best Seller Multiple Blessings: Surviving to Thriving with Twins and Sextuplets, along with Beth Carson. Jon currently lives with girlfriend of over two years, Stephanie Lebo, 37.
