Isabella Strahan has just shared some fantastic news: she is officially cancer-free! The journey hasn't been easy, but as she revealed in her latest YouTube vlog titled "Goodbye Hospital," the toughest days might just be behind her.

On Thursday, July 18, the 19-year-old daughter of Good Morning America co-host Michael Strahan gave her followers some long-awaited updates. After undergoing emergency surgery last October to remove a large medulloblastoma from her cerebellum, the student and model has been open about the ups and downs of her recovery. This latest vlog captured a pivotal moment — her return to Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center in Durham, NC, to have her chemotherapy port removed, marking the end of her active treatment.

Removing the port wasn't easy. "My side hurts a lot. It feels like I got stabbed," Isabella shared candidly, reflecting the physical pain that followed the procedure. "I also feel like the tube was going into my heart because my heart started cramping. I don't know if that's supposed to happen but ... not enjoyable."

But the pain brought a significant relief. Beaming as she discussed her latest MRI results, Isabella shared in her video, "It was a great, great scan. Everything was clear. Cancer-free and everything is great. I don't have another doctor's appointment until October."

It's not just Isabella who's overjoyed; her fans are equally elated. Moments after the vlog went live, her comment section lit up with messages of support and celebration. "God has been listening to all of us and that's a fact!! Great news!!" one fan wrote. Another added, "You've been so strong for such a long time, hopefully now you can exhale. Trade your teams at the hospital for everyone waiting for you at school. You DID IT. CANCER-FREE. Happiest day ever. Happy tears. Blessings always."

Isabella also expressed her bittersweet feelings about not returning to the hospital for a while, saying, "I miss my doctors already and everyone who's helped me because they're all so nice. I feel like I'm just saddened today knowing that I wasn't gonna be going back for awhile because I love them so much." Concluding her video, she added, "So that was my last hospital vlog till October. Gonna watch me, I probably will vlog my move back into college and so many other steps but that's it, that's the vlog."
