Karlie Kloss and Taylor Swift might not be friends anymore, but that doesn't mean the former has stopped listening to her music.

In an interview with Yahoo Life shared on Monday, July 22, Kloss was asked about her favorite song on Swift's new album, The Tortured Poets Department. "I'd say the whole album. I mean, her music is classic," Kloss answered.

Back in 2013, Kloss shared a picture of her and Swift at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on X (formerly known as Twitter), along with the caption, "We were both young when I first saw you..." favorite Taylor song xox @taylorswift13." The lyrics are from the 2008 Swift single, "Love Story." For this 2024 interview, Kloss suggested her favorite is "Shake It Off," noting, "She's got so many hits."

Kloss made headlines in August 2023, when she was seen dancing at Swift's sold-out Eras Tour performance at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. Fans were surprised to see her after their six-year friendship reportedly ended in 2019, and couldn't help but notice that she was sitting in the stands, and not the VIP area, per Page Six.

The superstars quickly bonded after meeting at the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, where Swift performed. They soon became inseparable, and in 2015, they even posed for a Vogue cover together. Kloss was a prominent member of Swift's famous "squad," and they were often seen together.

Rumors that the pair's friendship had ended first began swirling in 2017, when Kloss was seen photographed with Kendall Jenner, the younger half-sister of Kim Kardashian, with whom Swift has been feuding for years. Their back-and-forth has reportedly inspired a number of songs, like "Look What You Made Me Do" from the Reputation album, and "thanK you AIMee," from The Tortured Poets Department.

Those rumors seemed to be confirmed in 2018, when Swift failed to attend either of Kloss's two wedding ceremonies to husband Joshua Kushner. Kloss's friendship with music exec Scooter Braun — who infamously bought Swift's master recordings in 2019, leading the star to re-release all of her albums with the "Taylor's Version" label — seemed to be another hint that their friendship was over.

Prior to that, Swift had shared that Kloss had her own room in her Tribeca compound, which she kept stocked with her favorite snacks. In 2019, it was reported that the two began feuding when Kloss invited friends over to Swift's New York City place without asking first.

Reps for both women denied such claims, but a source told The Post that the "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" singer was "furious" and the "tiff" turned into "something crazy," ending their close relationship.
