Simone Biles just showed off her remarkable skills during podium training at the 2024 Paris Olympics on Thursday, July 25, executing her signature Yurchenko double pike vault (now known as the Bile II) with precision.

In a video that was posted by the official U.S.A. Gymnastics team on X (formerly known as Twitter), the gymnast can be seen achieving incredible height, and perfectly sticking the landing without needing to adjust her feet.

Fans loved seeing the 27-year-old crush her training ahead of the Olympics, which begins on Friday, July 26. "Was this one of her best landing performing this fault! It's such a treat. To watch her push the boundaries and the difficulty of her sport!!! Rooting for her and all of team USA can't wait for the games to begin!!" said one excited fan. Another noted, "This girl is the full package. I am team Simone Biles all the way."

Other fans continued in the replies of the video, mentioning how we are currently witnessing history. "Witnessing her do the YDP in person is incredible but seeing her nail it like this, is history in the making," said one, while another seemingly agreed, "I can't stress enough how unbelievable Simone is at her sport. What an amazing gymnast and lady. We are lucky to be witness to her talent."

This vault performance is arguably the best Biles has ever achieved, surpassing even her execution at the 2023 U.S. Championships, where she earned a 9.8 in execution. Her beaming smile, the cheers from her teammates, and a celebratory high five with coach Laurent Landi highlighted the moment as she walked off the mat.

Biles also wowed fans with her incredible floor routine, giving a subtle nod to Taylor Swift along the way by setting part of it to the pop star's "Are You Ready For It?"

The U.S. Women's Gymnastics Team will begin their qualifying rounds on Sunday, July 28.
