Looks like the third time was not the charm for Christina Hall, who is responding to estranged husband Josh Hall's petition for divorce.

Josh filed for divorce on July 16, in Orange County, California, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason. He listed the date of separation as July 8. Josh has requested that Christina pay him alimony, and asked the court to divide all assets based on what they owned before their October 2021 wedding, per documents obtained by Page Six.

Christina also filed for divorce, listing the day of separation as July 7, one day before Josh's claim. She accused him of taking $35K from her account, one that is meant specifically for paying "loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for rental properties," according to filings obtained by Page Six. The former Flip or Flop star owns rental properties throughout Tennessee.

She alleged that Josh texted her property manager on July 8 about payments from the properties, writing, "Can we please get it sent to a different account when it's time? Thank you." Christina took umbrage at Josh using the phrase "can we," because she says by that point she did not have contact with him. "I would not have asked him to send himself my money the day after I told him we are getting divorced," she asserts. She shared a screenshot of the text in her filing.

Christina, who is asking to terminate the court's ability to award spousal support for Josh, said, "Quite frankly I am shocked and concerned by the fact that he has diverted over $35,000 of my separate property money to his separate account," per documents obtained by Page Six. The HGTV star said that, because of this, she is having a forensic accounting performed to see if there is anything else she may have missed. Josh has denied any such claims to ET.

The mother-of-three insisted that Josh "has his own income, and therefore should not need any spousal support from me." Christina also noted that he has "sufficient assets" to be able to pay his own attorney fees.

Their divorce has gotten contentious very quickly, with Christina claiming that Josh's attorney sent her a letter demanding that she not delete any electronic evidence, which she says is in reference to her shutting off her home's cameras. "Each time Josh has returned to the house he has plugged the cameras back in, which would allow him to keep me and my children under surveillance," Christina stated in court documents. "I object to him having that access into my home."

Christina and Josh secretly married in October 2021, holding a second ceremony with her children in Hawaii in September 2022. She shares daughter Taylor Reese, 13, and son Brayden James, 8, with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, to whom she was married from 2009 to 2018. She also shares son Hudson London, 4, with ex-husband Ant Anstead, to whom she was married from 2018 until 2021.
