Princess Kate has won praise from fans after footage showcasing the royal's sports skills resurfaced on social media site TikTok.

Kate's is currently the most popular member of the royal family in Britain, according to polling by YouGov, being viewed positively by 71 percent of the country.

The princess became an increased subject of public interest this year after she announced that she had been diagnosed with cancer and required a course of preventative chemotherapy treatment. To do so, Kate stepped out of the public eye, thus far only making two official appearances this summer.

With an absence of new appearances and engagements, fans of the royal have taken to social media to share highlights and favorite moments from Kate's two decades in the royal spotlight.

Uploaded to TikTok by user milfssb on July 23, footage showing a moment where Kate surprised onlookers with her rugby skills has gone viral, with fans praising the royal for being capable of anything, asking "what can't she do?"

The clip was shot during a visit to Hull in northeastern England back in October 2023. The princess visited a sports center on what was a Rugby League Inclusivity Day. This saw community members of different abilities taking part in adaptive rugby drills such as wheelchair demonstrations.

Kate is patron of Rugby League in England, in addition to Rugby Union, roles she was given by Queen Elizabeth II in 2022 after they had been given back to the crown by Prince Harry when he stepped down as a working royal.

During the inclusivity day activities Kate took part in a number of the drills put on by the England Wheelchair Rugby League squad, who won the Wheelchair Rugby League World Cup in 2022.

In the viral footage, Kate is seen participating in passing drills on foot in which she confidently took receipt of the ball and touched it to the try line.

Also included in the post were clips from several of Kate's high-profile public appearances in recent years.

The TikTok clip has gained over 130,000 views on the platform so far, receiving in excess of 34,000 likes and 200 comments—many of which have praised Kate's surprising skills.

"She's sporty, pretty and a princess, she's the whole package," wrote one user.

"Is there anything she cant do?," posted another, with a further comment reading: "She is good at everything."

Kate is a known sports fan. In addition to her rugby patronages, the princess is also a fan of cold water swimming, sailing and, perhaps most famously, tennis.

On July 14, Kate made her second public appearance of the year following her cancer diagnosis, attending the men's singles final match of the Wimbledon Tennis Championship. This followed a statement issued earlier in June announcing that though still undergoing chemotherapy treatment, the princess hoped to be able to make more appearances over the summer and to begin working from home.
