Morgan Wallen isn't here for problematic concertgoers.

The 31-year-old "Last Night" singer — who has been steeped in several of his own controversies since his 2018 breakthrough in country music — was performing his hit "Cowgirls" during a recent show in Denver, Colorado, when a fan threw their cell phone on stage and hit Wallen directly in the shoulder. According to fan footage of the moment obtained by TMZ, the musician appeared angry as he chucked the item off stage.

Wallen, for his part, has dealt with many of his own scandals throughout the years — the infamous video of him using a racial slur, a canceled performance on Saturday Night Live after not taking proper COVID-19 precautions — the most recent being his April arrest for allegedly throwing a chair off of the rooftop of Eric Church's new Nashville bar.

Following the arrest, the "Whiskey Glasses" singer broke his silence on social media, writing, "I've touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief's. I'm not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility."

As for the continuing trend of fans throwing objects at artists on stage, Wallen is just the latest star to get smacked with something from the crowd while performing.

In May 2023, Bebe Rexha suffered a black eye and had to get stitches after being hit in the face with a cell phone someone threw at her on stage. The perpetrator was arrested and charged with assault.

Later that summer, country star Kelsea Ballerini was pelted in the face by an object someone threw at her on stage.

In a dark — and viral — twist, Pink was left stunned when a fan threw their mother's ashes on stage during the "Just Like a Pill" singer's June 2023 show in London, which she paused in shock while trying to figure out what just happened.

"Is that your mom?" Pink asked the fan. "I don't know how I feel about this."
