Rapper Megan Thee Stallion made headlines when she put on a dazzling performance at a recent campaign rally for Vice President Kamala Harris.
On Tuesday, the Houston rapper performed some of her biggest hits to a crowd of 10,000 in Atlanta. She was not the only big name to take the stage that night, as Migos rapper Quavo also endorsed Harris, who became the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee after President Joe Biden quit the race in July.
A number of celebrities have already come out in support for Harris on social media or by participating in Zoom conference calls, and the vice president's upcoming rallies and the Democratic National Convention—which is scheduled to take place in Chicago from August 19 to 22—provide opportunities for some very famous faces to hit the stage and perform live on Harris' behalf.
In July, the Republican National Convention included a performance by Kid Rock.
As big names—such as Beyoncé and Taylor Swift—are believed to have the power to sway voters at the polls, we take a look at who could be performing for Harris ahead of November's election.
Beyoncé
While she has not officially endorsed a candidate, Queen B has given permission for the Harris campaign to use her song "Freedom" at rallies and in her latest campaign ad.
Beyoncé has previously endorsed Democratic candidates, including Biden and Harris in 2020 and Hillary Clinton in 2016.
The singer performed at President Barack Obama's first inauguration dinner, where she sang Etta James' hit "At Last."
Taylor Swift
The "Bad Blood" singer also endorsed Biden and Harris in 2020 and has been a vocal critic of Donald Trump, the Republican presidential nominee.
While it is unlikely that Swift, who is scheduled to be in Europe for her record-breaking Eras tour at the time, will appear in person at the Democratic National Convention, there may be opportunities for her to sing at a campaign rally.
Charli XCX
Last month, the singer launched a viral meme by declaring "kamala IS brat" after Biden endorsed the vice president to be the Democratic Party's nominee.
Brat is the name of Charli XCX's 2024 album, which spawned the "brat summer" movement that prides itself on bucking conventions.
While the British pop star is not eligible to vote in U.S. elections, an appearance at the convention could create another viral moment as the Harris campaign pursues Gen Z voters.
Barbra Streisand
On X, formerly Twitter, the legendary singer shared an article from The New York Times that said she had endorsed Harris.
"I'm so grateful to President Biden and so excited to support Kamala Harris," Streisand wrote on July 22.
Ariana Grande
On Instagram, where she has 377 million followers, the Wicked star shared Biden's statement endorsing Harris to her stories.
Wanda Sykes and Rosie O'Donnell
The two comedians, who have endorsed Harris on their respective social media accounts, could perform stand-up routines at the convention or at an upcoming rally.
Olivia Rodrigo
The pop sensation shared a TikTok video of Harris promising to protect reproductive rights if elected to the White House to her Instagram stories, adding the celebratory raising hands emoji as a caption.
Pink
Pink has been one of many celebrities participating in Zoom calls to help raise campaign funds for Harris. According to The Hollywood Reporter, she even joined one as soon as she finished a concert in Stockholm.
