Halle Berry is reportedly asking courts to intervene after claiming her ex-husband Olivier Martinez is trying to "delay" completing their agreed-upon therapy sessions. According to reports obtained by The Post, Berry, 57, claims that Martinez, 58, is avoiding the therapy sessions taking "the summer off" for traveling.

In the documents, Berry says Martinez "unilaterally decided to defer co-parenting therapy altogether until September because he was traveling to France in the month of July and because his brother will be visiting him in the month of August in Los Angeles." It is also noted that "co-parenting therapy was supposed to commence forth with and the agreed-upon six conjoint sessions were to be completed by June 14, 2024. It is now July 26, 2024, and they have not even started."

Berry and Martinez were married from 2013 to 2015, and were locked in a divorce battle until August 2023. The two share 10-year-old son, Maceo. This past May, the two ex-spouses reached an agreement to see a co-parenting coach for two individual sessions and at least six joint co-parenting sessions. The terms also hold Berry's new partner, Van Hunt is allowed to attend the sessions. Following the six joint sessions, a judge would decide if further sessions are necessary. The six sessions were reportedly set to be complete by June 14, but according to the documents, which were filed July 26, the sessions hadn't even begun.

She noted that Martinez's alleged delays of the meetings are not "good for the parties, and...certainly not good for Maceo."

According to a report from InTouch, Martinez claims that Berry knew he would be traveling and that she "is constantly attempting to harass and strong-arm Respondent [Martinez] by forcing him into 'submission' using her wealth, and the legal professionals at her disposal."
