The story continues in the messy divorce of HGTV star Christina and her husband Joshua Hall.

Josh filed for divorce against Christina last month, citing "irreconcilable differences," according to a report from TMZ. Christina, for her part, also filed her own divorce documents — though the two each list different days of separation, a crucial detail that plays a larger role in Christina's accusations against her estranged ex.

While details of their split are still coming to light, the breakup was anything but amicable. Here's what we know so far.

They began dating in 2021

Christina known for her HGTV shows like Flip Or Flop and Christina On The Coast, was reported to be dating the realtor 2021. According to People, the relationship began two weeks after Christina's split from her second husband, Ant Anstead, with whom she shares 4-year-old son Hudson. Christina — who is also mom to daughter Taylor, 13, and son, Brayden 8, from her first marriage to Tarek El Moussa — had "an immediate, real connection" to Josh, an insider told People.

They got engaged after two months of dating

Christina took to Instagram to announce that she and Josh were engaged in September 2021. In the post's caption were a heart, an infinity sign, a lock, a key, and a ring. Many fans shared their support in the comments.

Christina and Josh got married after three months of dating

In the court documents filed amid their ongoing divorce battle, it was revealed Christina and Josh had actually gotten married in a private ceremony in October 2021, about six months before the public learned of their marriage.

They got married (again) in Maui, in a celebration with friends and family

Nearly a year after their first private wedding ceremony, Christina and Josh got married again in September 2022 in Maui, with friends and family in attendance.

The couple announced their new HGTV show, The Flip Off

In May 2024, Christina and Josh announced they would co-host the new HGTV show The Flip Off, alongside Christina's first husband Tarek El Moussa and his current wife Heather Rae El Moussa. In the show, the two couples compete to find, buy, renovate and flip a house for the biggest financial gain. At the time of writing, no episodes of The Flip Off have aired, and it is on HGTV's schedule for 2025. Christina will reportedly continue to film The Flip Off without Josh.

The couple separated and filed for divorce

The couple officially separated in July 2024. Josh listed the separation date as July 7, and Christina listed the separation date as July 8. The divorce filing was reported on July 16.

Christina accused Josh of siphoning $35,000 from her

Weeks after filing for divorce, Christina took to Instagram, with some words for her soon-to-be-ex-husband. On her Story, she accused Josh of siphoning a significant amount of money from her. "I have worked my a** off to build this life for myself and my children and anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve/what they did NOT work for should be ashamed," she wrote. "An insecure man with a large ego can sure try and derail you, but 'still I rise.'" Per court documents obtained by Page Six, Christina accused Josh of taking $35,000 from her bank account and transferring it to his personal account, the day after she requested for divorce.

Christina eviscerated Josh's message of hope

In an Instagram Story shared early August 2024, Josh shared a picture of a sculpture reading "HOPE" in large letters. Christina screenshotted the post, seemingly mocking Josh, saying, "I 'HOPE' she pays me millions more than what she's already offered me," hinting at disagreements over finances amid their divorce proceedings. A source told People that Josh's post was not directed at Christina.

Josh said he 'did not ask for the divorce'

After news broke of the divorce, Josh shared a message with his Instagram followers in early August 2024 thanking them for their support, noting that he "did not ask for the divorce." He also said he would not further comment on the divorce, or speak ill of anyone involved. "We are real humans, this is our life and I am not here to entertain people I don't know with my private matters," he said in the post's caption."Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective counsels in due time. Those who know each of us, know who we are."

Josh was spotted moving out of his and Christina's Newport Beach, California home in early August 2024.

Christina seemingly claims Josh is 'f***ing' with her life

In early August 2024, Christina took a trip with longtime friends Stacy Evatt and Robyn Purpero to Palmetto Bluff, where they spent much time eating, drinking, and enjoying boat rides. After the trip, Christina once again shared a message to her Instagram followers via her Story, saying that she is at "pure peace," despite outside factors trying to mess with her zen. "The pure peace I felt there was something I haven't felt in a long time," she wrote. "It reminded me I am capable of feeling this daily when know [sic] one is fing [sic] with me and my life."
