With 11 albums in her catalog, Taylor Swift's discography is stacked with songs. And Swifties will be the first to tell you how hard it is to pick a favorite. Such is the case for the ultimate Swiftie, Swift's longtime bestie, Blake Lively.

Lively made an appearance on Australian talk show The Project on Tuesday, Aug. 6, promoting her new movie, It Ends With Us, along with her co-star, Jenny Slate. During the interview, Lively was asked about her favorite Swift song.

"You're gonna ask me to pick one song?! That's a wild question," said Lively. "Honestly, I love her music too much to pick one song. That's just, like, insane... I can tell you my favorite child, if you would like to know that!"

Lively later clarified that she was joking, saying, "I genuinely don't have a favorite child or song."

Swift and Lively have been friends throughout many of the pop icon's album eras. Swift has even alluded to Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their children in many of her songs.

On the song "Gorgeous" from Swift's 2017 album, Reputation, Lively and Reynold's daughter, James, can be heard saying the word "gorgeous" at the beginning of the songs. Another song, "Betty" from Swift's 2020 album Folklore was inspired by Lively and Reynold's other daughter, Betty, and the song also revealed the name of their third daughter, Inez. So if Lively absolutely had to choose, it would likely be one of those songs.

Last month, Swift revealed that she is, in fact, the godmother to Lively and Reynold's children, including the three aforementioned daughters, and their son, Olin. Swift took to her Instagram story, congratulating Reynolds on the premiere of his new movie, Deadpool And Wolverine.

"Over the past few years I have watched one of my best friends on this planet pour every bit of his heart, soul, sweat, time, energy, jokes, pain, joy, rebellion, darkness, and magic into this film," she wrote of Reynolds, later concluding the post with a heartfelt sentiment. "Shout out to Wade Wilson [Reynolds' Deadpool character], aka my godkids' sperm donor!," Swift wrote.
