Amber Rose has taken to social media to publicly deny allegations related to why she is endorsing Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Rose, a well-known figure in the entertainment industry and an entrepreneur, posted a video to her 3.7 million followers on X, formerly Twitter, in which she wore a Trump 2024 baseball cap and addressed various rumors swirling around the internet.

"So, recently I've been seeing comments that the only reason I endorse Trump is because I'm in trouble for a crypto-scheme and I want Trump to pardon me. Its.. that's absolutely ridiculous. I've never been in trouble in my entire life, I've never broken the law. I am a law-abiding citizen and I'm a sweetheart."

The model/rapper/actress emphatically denied the rumors.

"So, I'm not out to scam people, I've never scammed anyone in my life. And just stop, guys, it's corny. Like, just come to the terms that Trump is gonna win and he's the best for our country. Um, I don't need to get pardoned for s**t, so... To the rest of you, I love you guys and to the people who are trying to just make up sU*t, you guys are f***ing weird."

So far the post has garnered over half a million views, 30,000 likes, and 1200 comments on the platform, with many commenting in support of Rose and her support for Trump.

User @RealKenWalls wearing the same Trump baseball cap as Rose said: "Amber you are seriously amazing!!! Your speech at the RNC freaking ROCKEDDDDDD!!! And lookie there...we are twinning today!! Haha!!! Let them haters hate!!! Keep being your badass self!"

"Keep speaking truth Amber and never back down" commented @Bubblebathgirl with a thumbs-up emoji.

Another user @Liberacrat posted the now iconic photo of Trump following his assassination attempt with the word "Fight" emblazoned across it, commenting: "Right on, Amber!"

Prior to the release of the video, unfounded rumors about Rose's links specifically with Trump and cryptocurrency had been circulating on social media and various online platforms.

The cryptocurrency market has seen a significant increase in celebrity endorsements over the past few years. High-profile figures have the power to influence public perception and drive massive investments into digital currencies. However, this also opens up opportunities for fraudulent schemes that exploit the fame and trust of celebrities to mislead the public and has resulted in several famous names being sued for their involvement.

Newsweek contacted the offices of Trump online outside of working hours on Wednesday for comment.
