The Los Angeles woman who witnessed Pax Jolie-Pitt's e-bike accident has opened up about the traumatic event. Lola Cavalli claims she was nearby when Jolie-Pitt, 20, crashed his e-bike in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles on July 29. According to Cavalli, she called 9-1-1 immediately, but found it challenging to follow their instructions until the ambulance arrived.

"I didn't see any broken bones, I did not see, like, profound bleeding, so to speak. And since I was directed to apply pressure at the site where it was bleeding, I did not see where I could apply the pressure, because it was on the head. He was hit on the head," Cavalli told Entertainment Tonight. "And it was not a lot of blood. Like, you didn't see like a fountain of blood rushing out. His mouth was filled with blood. When [he] was trying to speak, I saw a little tiny stream of blood coming out of the mouth."

Cavalli soon switched her focus from attending to Jolie-Pitt's wounds to keeping the oncoming cars from hitting him. "I took control of the traffic. I started directing it to make sure that he was not run over by another car and I was not run over by a car."

The LAPD says they received a call about the accident at 5:12 p.m. on the evening of July 29. Thanks to Cavalli's quick action, an ambulance soon arrived on the scene to rush Jolie-Pitt to the hospital. A family friend told Entertainment Tonight that "Pax and Angelina are deeply grateful for the quick and life-saving action of first responders, and the outstanding medical care he received."

According to the same family friend, Jolie-Pitt is out of ICU. "He suffered complex trauma, and now begins the long road of recovery and physical therapy," the source says.

According to People, Jolie-Pitt is interested in music and directing, and has made cameos in some of his mother's projects, such as Maleficent and Kung Fu Panda 3. Angelina Jolie, 49, and Brad Pitt, 60, adopted 3 children and had 3 biological children during their marriage, all of whom have been involved in their mom's films. The couple was declared officially divorced in 2019, and reports of tension between Pitt and his children have continued ever since the actor was accused of abuse in 2016.

In addition to his mother's constant presence by her son's bedside, Jolie-Pitt's siblings Maddox, 22, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and 15-year-olds Vivienne and Knox "have been visiting and helping," an unnamed source told People.
