Dennis Quaid went in on Kamala Harris while speaking with Joe Rogan.

The actor, 70, and UFC commentator, 57, discussed the United States vice president during Thursday's episode of Rogan's podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience.

"I think they're more concerned with being in power than they are with preserving the idea of democracy," Rogan said of the Democrats during the episode, to which Quaid replied, "I totally agree with that."

"And I think some of that was certainly—they were emboldened by the fact that they're essentially running the country without a president for the last three years because he's, you know, he's not there," Rogan added, referring to U.S. president Joe Biden. "And since he's decided that he's not going to run again, he's gone, he's vanished."

"Who's running it now?" Quaid asked, prompting Rogan to say, "Exactly! And then the crazy thing is Kamala Harris."

"I really can't see her, like, being in charge," Quaid said.

"No, it's a figurehead, that's all it is," Rogan continued. "And what's really wild is The Babylon Bee had a hilarious little caption. They said, 'When I get in office, I'm going to change things, says the woman who's in office right now.' Because she's in office! She's talking about fixing all these things—like you're literally the vice president... you are essentially the president right now. This is so f***ing crazy. You'll be the president for five more months, this is so nuts."

The Babylon Bee is a conservative parody site.

"She's flipped on everything except for plastic straws," Quaid said. "She still wants to get rid of those."

In May, Quaid endorsed Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump during his appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored.

"I think I'm gonna vote for him in the next election," Quaid told host Piers Morgan of the 78-year-old. "Yes, I am."

While he wasn't always a supporter of Trump, Quaid added that "it just makes sense."

"I was ready not to vote for Trump until what I saw is more than politics, I see a weaponization of our justice system and a challenge to our Constitution," Quaid said. "I really feel that he is working for the American people."

"People might call him an a**hole, but he's my a**hole," The Day After Tomorrow actor added.

Quaid noted that he's an independent, meaning he's not affiliated with a particular political party.

"I've voted both ways throughout my life, swinging like a pendulum toward what the country needed at the time—and I think this might be an opportunity for the country to come together again," he said.

Biden, 81, previously spoke out about his health. In an interview with ABC News' George Stephanopoulos in July, Biden said, "I have a cognitive test every single day. Every day I have that test, everything I do."

Biden dropped out of the presidential race weeks later following pressure from the Democrats, and endorsed Kamala Harris.

During a joint appearance at Prince George's County Community College in Maryland on Thursday, Biden said Harris will make "one hell of a president."

Harris praised Biden as "thank you, Joe" chants broke out in the audience.

"I could speak all afternoon about the person that I'm standing on the stage with. Our extraordinary president, Joe Biden," she said. "And he's going to speak in a minute, but there's a lot of love in this room for our president. And I think it is for many, many reasons, including few leaders in our nation have done more on so many issues, including to expand access to affordable health care than Joe Biden."
