Mia Khalifa poked fun at herself over trolling she faces online.

The model and influencer took to X, formerly Twitter, to joke about her "digital footprint" making it easy for people to dislike her.

The outspoken Khalifa rose to prominence as an adult film actor and is known for sharing her opinions publicly, especially on issues such as the Israel-Hamas war.

"Hating me must be so fun I post a lot, most of it is cringe, my digital footprint is massive, and I'm always up to something," she wrote in a post that has had more than 300,000 views at the time of writing.

Her fans shared their thoughts about the post in the replies.

"Do post. Do what you love. Don't bother about others," wrote @raj_talegaonkar.

"I really enjoy it," added @keshav_shashi.

And @TeslanGirolami posted, "Loving u is even more fun."

In June, Khalifa sparked a heated debate on social media when she declared she "[does] not support all women."

"I do not support all women!!!!!!" Khalifa wrote on X. "Some of these b****** serve in the IDF, and I'd rather have my kind of body count than the one they're tallying up of dead children."

Khalifa was referring to people who serve in the Israel Defence Force amid the ongoing conflict in Gaza.

Israel launched a military campaign in Gaza after the Palestinian group, Hamas, attacked southern Israel on October 7, 2023. Much of Gaza has since been razed by Israeli forces, with many of its 2.3 million residents displaced.

More than 38,000 Palestinians have been killed since Israel launched its invasion of Gaza, according to The Associated Press, citing Gaza health officials. Israeli officials say that roughly 1,200 people were killed in the October 7 Hamas attack, during which about 250 people were taken hostage.

Khalifa's outspoken opinions on the Israel-Hamas war have cost her brand deals and social media followers. Shortly after October 7, Playboy quickly severed ties with her and she was also publicly fired from her role as an adviser at Red Light Holland, a producer of magic truffles.

From April to May, Khalifa lost 105,000 Instagram followers and more than 25,000 followers on X, amid ongoing calls for celebrities to speak out on the conflict, whether it be in favor of Palestinians or Israel.

A-listers from Kim Kardashian to Taylor Swift were named in a campaign known as "Blockout 2024" and the "digital guillotine," where people were encouraged to block major celebrities to ensure they lost followers in response to their perceived lack of action on the conflict.
