Livvy Dunne may be all glitz and glam during competition, on the red carpet and in any of her modeling shots — but the LSU gymnast is all about grit and determination when it comes to her sport.

Dunne, 21, took to her Instagram Story on Thursday, August 29, to share a post-gym selfie as she gears up for the start of her fifth year at LSU.

"Pre-szn cardio will get ya," the athlete — who led the LSU Tigers' women's gymnastics team to win their first-ever NCAA Championship earlier this year — captioned the red-faced selfie, complete with a sweating emoji. (To further emphasize the intensity of her workout, Dunne accompanied the makeup-free shot with the song "No Air" by Jordin Sparks.)

In the photo, Dunne gazed up at the camera with a pout on her lips, her eyes bright and her face flushed from the exercise. She wore her long blonde hair in a low ponytail that cascaded down one shoulder. Keeping with LSU colors, she sported a purple tank top and wore only the most minimal of jewelry — delicate gold hoops in her ears and a tiny cross necklace.

It wasn't just Dunne who was wiped after the workout — in another photo on her Story, she shared a shot of two of her teammates lying down on the floor after their own fitness routines.

Dunne announced earlier this summer that she was "not Dunne yet" when it came time to her tenure at LSU.

"Dear LSU, these past four years have changed my life," the Name Image Likeness (NIL) icon shared in a video in July, overlaid with footage of her gymnastics accomplishments at school. "There's something about putting on a purple and gold leotard. There's something about competing in front of 13,000 screaming Tiger fans."

"There's something about being pushed by your coaches to be your very best. And there's something about being a part of a team that made school history," she added, gearing up for the big reveal: "And no matter how many opportunities come my way off the mat, there's just something about LSU. And that's why I'm here to say I'm not Dunne yet."
