Victoria and David Beckham have embarrassed their son Romeo while out for dinner to celebrate his birthday.
Romeo is the 22-year-old son of the former Spice Girl and the soccer icon. Following in the footsteps of his father, Romeo played soccer for the B-team of Brentford FC but was released by them in June. He has since signed with top Paris fashion agency Safe Management.
The family was in Las Vegas for the weekend to celebrate Romeo's birthday. On Monday night, the Beckhams were at Komodo restaurant, with Victoria uploading a video to her Instagram story of her son hiding his face when he was presented with a four-tiered cake.
The cake was so big, it needed to be carried out by two servers. It featured three large sparkler candles and, on top of the icing, there were various photos, including one of David and Victoria. In the background of the clip, the family could be heard singing "Happy Birthday," with David's voice almost drowning out the others.
"I'm not responsible for this cake fyi!" Victoria captioned the post alongside two laugh-crying emoji.
Newsweek emailed a spokesperson for the Beckhams for comment on Tuesday.
Victoria, David and Romeo—as well as his siblings Harper and Cruz—were all together in Las Vegas for the weekend, with Brooklyn noticeably absent.
The former Spice Girl uploaded a photo to her Instagram story of the five of them standing in front of a fountain in Sin City with the caption: "Family weekend in Vegas!!"
She followed this with a photo of David, Romeo, Harper and Cruz with the caption: "Vegas!!! Love you all so much!!!" Victoria also posted an image of Romeo and Harper hugging each other.
As well as this, Victoria shared a carousel post to her Instagram feed, with various photos of their trip. "Amazing weekend in Vegas celebrating @romeobeckham..... we love u so so much!!! @davidbeckham@cruzbeckham #HarperSeven x miss you @brooklynpeltzbeckham xx," she captioned the post.
David also posted a birthday tribute for his second-born son on Instagram.
"Happy 22nd Birthday to my beautiful boy," David wrote in the caption of a throwback photo of Romeo. "We are so proud of the man you have turned into, kind , passionate and hard working... Have the most amazing day because you deserve it... Love you mate so much [love heart emoji]."
Victoria and David often share their love for their children on social media and praise their accomplishments.
"Special family moments in Muskoka 🇨🇦 x Kisses #SalterFamily I love you all so much!! xx @davidbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven," Victoria captioned a previous carousel post with photos of her family.
The celebrity couple have been married for 25 years and in an interview with Vogue Australia published August 2, the former Spice Girl admitted she has "never been more in love with him."
"I think it's about respecting each other. It's not always easy, and I think if you can find someone you can grow with, then I think you've been very blessed. We all change when we get older and the ultimate goal is to find someone we can grow with," she said.
