Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner seem to feel Khloé Kardashian is a little bit too "hands-on" of a mom.
In the latest episode of Hulu's The Kardashians, the pair complain in their confessionals that Khloé "is so stuck on what's going on at home that she can't have a good time." It all started when Kim, 43, Khloé, 40, Kendall Jenner, 28, Kris Jenner, 68, and her boyfriend Corey Gamble, 43, were out to a family dinner on vacation in Aspen, Colorado. Kim was speaking to the group, when Khloé interrupted her so she could say goodnight to daughter True, 6, via Facetime.
Initially the mother-of-two simply says, "Hi, I love you!" but when True begins asking her a bunch of questions, she gets lost in the Facetime call, completely forgetting where she is. Kim quickly gets annoyed, complaining in a confessional, "Here we go again... We don't get to do this very often anymore. It's really rare that we go on these family vacations, and I just want Khloé to enjoy the dinner, enjoy the moment, be present with us."
Kris seems to agree with Kim, saying in her confessional, "OK, Khloé, I love you, and I'm not gonna take sides, but Kim's got a point. Get off your phone, we're right here!" She even tries to end the phone call herself, saying, "Bye!" and "See ya!" while Khloé is trying to speak. Kris and Kim are not the only ones who are frustrated with the situation, though. In her own confessional, Khloé complains about them.
"Wait, I'm supposed to be more present, but Kim hasn't looked up from her phone the entire dinner? She's scrolling Instagram!" Khloé says, adding, "This is why I don't like to leave the gates. Because I just feel like I get attacked every f***ing second."
Khloé has been dedicated to being as "hands-on" as she can with her children, True, and Tatum, 1, both of whom she shares with ex Tristan Thompson. She's expressed to her family how she wants to spend more time at home with her kids. It's clearly become a point of contention for other members of her family, like Kim and Kris. The former seemed annoyed again the following day when Khloé FaceTimed True before she left for school.
Kim returned to complaining in her confessional, saying, "It's just annoying." Her attitude seemed to rub off on Khloé, who retorted, "Did that trigger you? 'Cause you're the one always wanting to say I put my kids first, I spend too much time with them, I never leave the house," Khloé snapped. "We have a very short amount of time that they even wanna be with us."
Kim is mother to North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, with ex-husband Kanye West.
