Jessica Simpson is a proud mom of three.
The fashion designer, 44, took to Instagram on Wednesday, September 4 to share a photo shoot of her three children in their school uniforms. The family resemblance was clear in the carousel of images of Maxwell, 12, Ace, 11, and Birdie, 5, posing happily with their mom.
Simpson made a statement in her lime green slip dress, worn under a black, lace-trimmed vest, and paired with leopard print boots. She accessorized with a chunky, silver turquoise necklace, coordinating bracelets, and oversized, circular sunglasses.
Maxwell wore her long, blonde hair in soft waves, just like her mother, while younger sister Birdie sported braids topped with red and navy blue ribbons. Ace stood out in a red uniform shirt and black socks with his white sneakers, while the kids mimicked their mother's poses in a series of shots.
"Maxwell, Ace and Birdie y'all make your Mom beam with smiles and grace ! Keep on showin' up for yourselves with each step of the way through this new school year!" Simpson gushed in the caption, adding, "I'm so very proud of y'all for individually shining your light so that in return others feel the glow 🤍."

Simpson shares her three children with husband Eric Johnson, to whom she has been married since July 5, 2014. The pair first met in 2010 when a mutual friend invited Johnson to a party at her house, per the "I Wanna Love You Forever" singer's 2020 memoir, Open Book.
"We connected on all levels," Simpson said, explaining that the two felt an instant spark upon meeting. "We both were ready for the real deal." Simpson and the former NFL player confirmed their engagement in November 2010.
