Televisions biggest night, the Primetime Emmy Awards, returned for its 76th broadcast on Sunday, September 15. The iconic event, which will be hosted by Schitt's Creek stars and father and son duo Eugene and Dan Levy, is being held at the Peacock Theater at L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles.
Nominees, winners, and their entourages showcased their best outfits on one of the most highly anticipated red carpets of the year, with plenty of memorable looks.
The fashion shows actually began earlier in the week on Friday, September 13, where according to the Television Academy's X (formerly Twitter), celebrities such as Dakota Fanning, Tom Goodman-Hill, Nava Mau, and Sheryl Lee Ralph showed off their best threads at the Performers Nominee Celebration, held at the iconic Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, California.
As for the Primetime show, the red carpet was stacked with celebs such as Selena Gomez, Quinta Brunson, and Dakota Fanning, to name a few. Gomez, who's nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her series, Only Murderers In The Building, wore a gorgeous black gown with silver details around the neck, which matched her earrings. Fanning, who's up for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for her role in Ripley, opted for a lighter dress – a cream, silk, strapless dress embellished with pearls.
Now onto the rest of the red carpet looks – here's some of our fave looks from the night:
