Hayden Panettiere spoke out about the devastating loss of her younger brother in a video shared by People on Wednesday, September 18.

However, it wasn't just the subject that had fans' hearts breaking from the video interview, but also Panettiere herself.

Fans shared their concern that the Heroes star seemed to be slurring, and her eyes appeared a bit glazed in that video, and even more so in another clip from the same interview, in which she joked about her daughter being a mini-me.

"Slurred speech eyes can barely stay open, trying to make it through long words... Very sad 😢," one fan commented underneath the video, shared to Instagram. "I watched this whole thing. Hayden does not look sober😢," someone commented.

Another wrote, "This is heartbreaking to watch. heartbreaking 💔."

Many fans were calling for the "alarming" video to be deleted.

"There should be a law against doing interviews and also posting videos of a public figure OBVIOUSLY under the influence of something OR just not doing well. Shame. Reminds me of Anna Nicole [Smith]...." one person posted.

"This is not okay, this could be removed," another wrote.

"Take this down this is so controversial and concerning 😢😮," begged a fourth user.
