Buckle up, Swifties: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's engagement might be coming "sooner rather than later," according to sources.

In an article published on Wednesday, September 18, multiple insiders dished to Us Weekly about the A-list couple's future plans — including the next steps in their romance.

"They both see marriage as something they want sooner rather than later, and they both want kids," one source told the magazine. "Taylor has always [been excited by] the idea of marriage and starting a family. She just hadn't found The One until now."

Kelce, for his part, is also ready to take the next step with the pop star. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end "has dropped hints to those close to him," the insider noted.

Swift and Kelce, both 34, "are very committed and serious about their future," a separate source told Us. "Taylor is ready for the next era of her life. She knows it will be special."

The pair — who are "in love and don't care what others think" — have been having "serious conversations" about the next steps in their romance, which they publicly debuted at a Chiefs game in September 2023.

"Taylor has expressed how excited she is to settle down after her tour concludes [in December]. They're on the same page," the second source shared, adding that the 14-time Grammy winner is "really eager to start the next chapter with Travis."

The couple have a busy fall coming up, with Chiefs games on deck nearly every week between now and the end of the year. Swift, who has been attending as many as she can in support of Kelce, will also wrap up the final shows of her history-making Eras Tour in the coming months. It's perfect timing for the duo, who are reportedly looking at 2025 as the start of their new "era."

"Taylor's really eager to start the next chapter with Travis," the second source noted.
