Sofia Richie is passing down the rules of quiet luxury to her daughter, as seen in a sweet, rare photo of the 7-week-old.
The 25-year-old model, who is often thought as the queen of "quiet luxury" — a trend simply categorized by choosing a wardrobe made up of "understated clothing made with very high-quality materials," per WWD — shared a new photo of daughter Eloise, whom she shares with husband Elliot Grainge.
"Classy girl," Richie captioned the Monday, July 8, Instagram Story snap of her little one, who was clad in a baby pink knit onesie with careful detailing. She also wore tiny matching carnation pink Mary-Janes over white socks.
The photo of Eloise's latest fit comes just one day after Richie shared a different #OOTD of her baby girl, one in which Eloise wore a light pink dress emblazoned with mini fuchsia hearts.
Richie and Grainge, 30 — who tied the knot in April 2023 — welcomed their little girl just over one year later.
"Eloise Samantha Grainge 5•20•24 best day of my life," Richie captioned a black-and-white photo of newborn Eloise's feet at the time. According to E! News, the proud parents gave Eloise the middle name Samantha as a way to honor Grainge's late mother, Samantha Berg, who died in 2007 after falling into a coma due to complications during childbirth.
Richie, who began dating Grainge in 2021, recalled to Vogue earlier this year how she and her husband told their parents they were expecting their first child together. (After his wife's death, Elliot's father Lucian Grainge married Elliot's stepmother, Caroline Grainge; Sofia's parents are Lionel Richie and Diane Alexander.)
"We went to Elliot's parents, who live about five minutes away from us. I think I had a box — I want to say it was a Hermès box or some sort of box — and I told everyone that I had bought them a gift from Milan Fashion Week," she shared. "It had all three of the pregnancy tests [in it]. That's how we told all of our parents."
