Kelly Osbourne criticized her mother Sharon Osbourne's dietary choices during a discussion on their family podcast about snacks they enjoy.

During an episode of The Osbournes that was released this week, former The Talk co-host Sharon Osbourne discussed a range of topics with her daughter, son Jack Osbourne, and rocker husband Ozzy Osbourne.

The subject of culinary preferences was broached when the TV personalities spoke about their fast-food pleasures. They then segued into a conversation about their "snack obsessions."

"I have a new addiction and it's f****** bad," Jack Osbourne shared, before revealing that he had a particular liking for Sour Rope candy.

"It's got to be full of everything that's horrific," Sharon Osbourne said, before telling her husband: "They dip it in sugar, so the outside is just loads and loads of sugar."

"You're [scowling] at this, but all you eat is sugar," Jack Osbourne responded, prompting his sister to chime in: "That's true."

"Yeah, but... at least it tastes good," Sharon Osbourne said as she defended herself.

Kelly, who said that she "could have a diet of just cookies and Haribo," then said that her dad "will pound like 30 apples a day... I've never seen anybody eat more fruit than my dad."

After former Black Sabbath vocalist Ozzy Osbourne shared that he favored refrigerated Pink Lady apples, his son said: "Your snack is way healthier than mine."

Pointing a finger, Sharon Osbourne responded: "Oh no, that stuff you're eating..."

"Mom, what are you pointing your finger at?" Kelly Osbourne interjected. "You eat donuts all day!"

"You eat f****** donuts and chocolate all day," Jack Osbourne added, before asking his mom: "How many bars of chocolate have you had today?"

After his mother responded that she had consumed "one" bar of chocolate, he enquired: "How many donuts have you had today?"

"None. I'm on a diet," the matriarch responded.

"She had fruit this morning. And then she smashed a smoothie all over her bathroom floor by accident," Kelly Osbourne shared.

"Everything's bad for us. We're all going to die," the mother of one added.

"We don't get out of this adventure alive," her brother said before they changed the subjects.

In an interview with E! News in September 2023, Sharon Osbourne said that her notable weight loss was due to her use of Ozempic. The prescription drug, which is injected weekly to help control blood sugar in type 2 diabetes patients, has become hugely popular in recent years due to its weight-loss side effects.

"In my life, the heaviest I was 230 pounds and I'm now under a hundred," she said. "And I want to maintain at about 105 because I'm too skinny. But I'm trying to have a healthy balance."

In an interview with the Daily Mail in November, the matriarch said she started taking Ozempic in December 2022, and within less than a year lost 42 pounds.

"I'm too gaunt and I can't put any weight on. I want to, because I feel I'm too skinny. I'm under 100 pounds and I don't want to be. Be careful what you wish for," she said. "You can lose so much weight and it's easy to become addicted to that, which is very dangerous. I couldn't stop losing weight and now I've lost 42 pounds and I can't afford to lose any more."

The TV personality added: "I started on Ozempic last December and I've been off it for a while now, but my warning is don't give it to teenagers, it's just too easy."
