Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will break up—at least, that's according to Bill Maher.

On the newest episode of his Club Random With Bill Maher podcast, the 68-year-old interviewed Haliey Welch, known widely online as the "Hawk Tuah Girl."

Welch skyrocketed to viral fame last month after she was asked in the street by YouTubers Tim Dickerson and DeArius Marlow, known as Tim & Dee TV, to name a move that makes men "go crazy."

In response, the 21-year-old said, "You gotta give 'em that hawk tuah and spit on that thang. You get me?"

The clip "Hawk Tuah Girl Original Video" has since racked up more than 6.2 million views.

During the Club Random episode—which was released on Sunday—Maher told Welch that Swift and Kelce won't last.

"Look, I'm sure she's a lovely person, but the whole thing with the football player. I just felt like 35 is a little old to be like, 'My boyfriend's a football player and I wear his jersey to the game with his number on it.' Right? I mean, come on."

Welch defended the couple, saying: "Whatever makes her happy. If that's what she wants to do and it makes her happy, it ain't got nothing to do with me."

"I know," Maher said, before adding: "He's gonna dump her though, you know that. I mean with her, it's like the Gatorade at the Super Bowl—you know you're going to get dumped, you just don't know when."

"But you got to think about it this way, if he does that, can you imagine the next album we're going to get off of that?" Welch asked.

Maher laughed: "Yes I can."

Newsweek reached out to Swift and Kelce's representatives via email for comment.

The "Cruel Summer" singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end first sparked romance rumors in July 2023 after Kelce attended one of Swift's Eras Tour concerts at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri—where his team plays.

That same month, Kelce detailed how he tried—and failed—to give the singer a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it. He made the revelation during an episode of his New Heights podcast, which he co-hosts with brother Jason Kelce.

Swift later appeared at several of Kelce's football games in September and October, and they confirmed their relationship while attending an afterparty together following the Saturday Night Live season 49 premiere on October 14.

Currently, Swift is on the European leg of her Eras Tour and will be in Warsaw, Poland, on Thursday.
