Tiffany Haddish just dropped a bombshell about her early days before fame. The actress and comedian, now 44, confessed on the We Playin' Spades podcast with Nick Cannon and Courtney Bee, that she once sold her used underwear online, claiming they belonged to the one and only Halle Berry.

"I would say my name was Rosalinda and I was a housekeeper for Halle Berry and I have some of her dirty panties if anybody wanna buy some," Haddish recounted during the podcast aired on Monday, July 29. She later admitted the underwear was actually hers, not Berry's. "I would make $300. It was literally on Craigslist — selling panties on Craigslist," she added.

But that wasn't the only time Haddish leveraged the 57-year-old Hollywood icon's fame for her own gains. During her pre-stardom years, she would often claim Berry as her aunt to breeze into nightclubs. "When I was young, people used to be like, 'You look just like Halle Berry—out of Losing Isaiah,'" the Girls Trip actress shared with Vanity Fair in 2017. "I don't care; she was still beautiful in that movie! And I used to use her name to get into clubs. I used to be like, 'Halle Berry's my auntie.'"

In addition to her unusual pre-fame side hustle, Haddish has also made headlines for her behavior even after securing her spot in the limelight. The SNL star was arrested in November 2023 for a DUI — her second in two years — after allegedly falling asleep behind the wheel of her vehicle. She was charged with two misdemeanors but accepted a plea deal in February, which resulted in the charges being dropped. Haddish pleaded no contest to a "wet reckless" charge (reckless driving involving alcohol).

"I be tired, Jimmy, because I do a lot," she told Jimmy Kimmel in a June interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live! explaining the circumstances leading up to her arrest. The incident occurred the day after Thanksgiving. The Emmy winner woke up at 5 a.m., worked out, cooked collard greens, showered and then "served food to the homeless — almost 3,000 people — all day long" at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles.

After delivering food to her aunt's home, Haddish received a call from a "rich friend" in need of a meal, prompting her to deliver more food. "Now I've learned a valuable lesson — I should've sent it in an Uber or sent someone else to take it there," she admitted. "But I wanted to take it myself because I felt like there was [an] opportunity to talk business, so I went. And I did have a drink and I was very sleepy." Her Tesla, designed to assist when a driver shows signs of exhaustion, safely pulled over. "It saved my life," she added.
