Rapper Flavor Flav has offered to make Jordan Chiles "something no-one else has" in the wake of her Olympic medal controversy.

The performer—real name William Jonathan Drayton Jr.—took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to support the Team USA gymnast on Sunday.

The 65-year-old told his 170,000 followers he wanted to gift the athlete, 23, a "bronze clock necklace," after she was stripped of her medal in the Women's Floor Exercise at Paris 2024.

Chiles had initially finished fifth in the August 5 event, before her coach challenged the decision, claiming the correct difficulty score had not been entered.

The judges agreed, increasing her score to 13.7 from 13.666, placing her third and bumping Romania's Ana Bărbosu to fourth.

However, the Romanian Gymnastics Federation appealed and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) agreed, announcing Chiles' coach had challenged the decision four seconds past the deadline.

The CAS stated: "The inquiry submitted on behalf of Ms Jordan Chiles in the final of the women's floor exercise was raised after the conclusion of the one-minute deadline provided by article 8.5 of the 2024 FIG Technical Regulations and is determined to be without effect."

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) said that Chiles would receive her original score.

Speaking out, Flav tweeted: "Ayyy YOOOO @ChilesJordan,,, imma make you a BRONZE CLOCK NECKLACE,,, and that's something NO ONE else has.

"Hit me up my girl,,, I gotchu,!!!" quickly garnering 1.9 million views, more than 100,000 likes and 9,000 retweets.

User @PattiWride replied: "Who knew Flavor Flav was such a treasure?!!" to which he simply responded: "ME."

Fellow user @JustAIrishChick continued: "Thank you Flavor. I am so sad for Jordan. Olympic athletes deserve better. You truly make the world better."

A third @pinkprincessin1 wrote: "You are good people, Flavor Flav! Thank you for being the awesome person that you are and being so supportive of our athletes! We love you!"

Flav's gesture came as USA Gymnastics submitted video evidence to the CAS showing that the appeal was made before the one-minute deadline.

A statement on X read: "USA Gymnastics on Sunday formally submitted a letter and video evidence to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, conclusively establishing that Head Coach Cecile Landi's request to file an inquiry was submitted 47 seconds after the publishing of the score, within the one-minute deadline required by FIG rule.

"In this letter, USA Gymnastics requests that the CAS ruling be revised and Chiles' bronze-medal score of 13.766 be reinstated.

"The time-stamped, video evidence submitted by USA Gymnastics Sunday evening shows Landi first stated her request to file an inquiry at the inquiry table 47 seconds after the score is posted, followed by a second statement 55 seconds after the score was originally posted.

"The video footage provided was not available to USA Gymnastics prior to the tribunals' decision and thus USAG did not have the opportunity to previously submit it."
