Former Dancing With the Stars host Samantha Harris has been diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time.

The 50-year-old took to Instagram to share the news in a 43-second video.

"I never thought I would have to share this...again. #IwillBeOkay," she captioned the clip.

Harris—who has over 32,000 followers on the platform—spoke directly to her audience.

"I have some health news that I need to share that I never thought that I would be sharing again in my lifetime, but I have a recurrence of breast cancer," she said. "And I feel so fortunate to have been able to guide, support and lead so many of you in Your Healthiest Healthy community, and I will continue to do so, and I will fight on and will be okay."

The former E! News correspondent added: "I'm so grateful for my family and my close friends, and as I lean on them, I also reach out to lean on you during this time, and I will continue to share more as my treatment plan unravels."

After a brief pause, Harris concluded: "I'll see you soon."

People quickly flooded the comments section with well-wishes.

"Sending hugs," fellow former DWTS host Tom Bergeron said.

"Oh Samantha, we are so sorry to hear this. We are standing by you every step of the way. ❤️," breast cancer organization Susan G. Komen wrote.

"Sending you a big hug from your Hard Rock family. Stay strong!" Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos posted.

"I am so sorry to hear this," Instagram user @emarieallen replied. "You have been such a powerful force of positivity and strength.....now it is our time to do that for YOU. You GOT This! This is just an unfortunate bump in the road for us survivors. I am heartbroken to hear you have to go through this again, but you're not alone. You have an army of amazing people sending prayers and positivity."

"Samantha, you've been such a positive influence for this community and encouraging others and we will continue to do the same for you!💪🏼💞," @taylor.fellenbaum said.

In May, Harris launched her health and wellness podcast, Your Healthiest Healthy with Samantha Harris. Her book, Your Healthiest Healthy: 8 Easy Ways to Take Control, Fight Cancer, and Live a Longer, Cleaner Happier Life, was released in 2018.

"Facing breast cancer at 40 served as a profound wake-up call, pushing me to explore avenues I never knew existed," she wrote in her podcast announcement on Instagram.

She added: "From heartfelt conversations to science-backed strategies, we're diving deep into the world of vibrant living through small, achievable steps that you may not have known you needed or could achieve."

Harris was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014 at the age of 40, and she underwent a double mastectomy.

"I was sick of feeling the way that I did in the days after the diagnosis," Harris told Entertainment Tonight at the time about her decision to undergo surgery. "I knew I needed to take control."

In May 2014, Harris said fellow E! News host and breast cancer survivor Giuliana Rancic—who was diagnosed with the disease in 2011—helped her through her cancer journey.

"Giuliana, you're like my soul sister now! We talked on the phone with my husband on speaker for about an hour, just sharing her story and commiserating for a little bit," she said in an interview with E! Online. "Giuliana and all of the women that I have come to talk to that are survivors have been tremendously supportive and generous and have guided me on this very scary and rocky road."

Harris is married to Michael Hess and they have two daughters together, Josselyn and Hillary.
