Orlando Bloom is kicking it into high gear in Monterey. He and his son Flynn are in town for Monterey Car Week, and as they are enjoying some father-son bonding time, Bloom, 47, shared some photo highlights via Instagram on Tuesday, August 20.

In the photo carousel, Bloom walks through the fairgrounds, posing with various car models, including some by Porsche. Flynn, 13, is seen at his dad's side. Though his back is turned to the camera, we see that Flynn is almost as tall as Bloom.

Bloom has previously expressed that Flynn takes after him in many ways, but the two also differ. When promoting his Peacock series Orlando Bloom: To The Edge in an interview with E! News, Bloom said Flynn refused to join him on some of the show's more extreme stunts.

"My son came out to the jump site on the wingsuit episode," Bloom said. "And he was like, 'Dad, you're crazy. No way.' He doesn't have the same clock ticking which I respect as well because he takes calculated risks. And I think that's something at a young age I admire."

Bloom shares Flynn with his ex-wife, Miranda Kerr, and is also the father to Daisy Dove, whom he shares with fiancée Katy Perry. In the same interview, Bloom said Daisy, 3, reminds him a lot of himself.

"I see a little of the screw loose qualities," Orlando said. "I remember her climbing stairs and thinking, 'Wow, she's preparing for something.' Because as soon as she could walk, she learns to climb."

Meanwhile, Daisy has been spending a lot of time with her pop star mother, who is gearing up for the release of her sixth studio album 143. In a recent video shared to social media, Perry and Daisy sign copies of the album inserts together.

Fortunately, there's no shortage of quality time for these kids.
