It looks like there might be at least one famous "Swifty For Trump" after all.

Despite negative fan reactions to previous social media likes, especially from fans of her close friend Taylor Swift, Brittany Mahomes appears to have liked yet another Trump/Vance statement.

PopCrave shared a screenshot on X (formerly known as Twitter) of an Instagram post from the 28-year-old Mahomes' official account, in which she was promoting a partnership with Abercrombie. "Swipe for my face when I realized the @abercrombie NFL collection is on sale for 20% off!" she wrote in the caption.

Despite the apolitical nature of the post, one of her followers wrote a comment endorsing the Republican ticket. "TRUMP-VANCE 2024" wrote Republican influencer Michael Solakiewicz. Although the heart has now been removed, the image PopCrave shared featured a "liked by author" status next to Solakiewicz's comment.

Mahomes' political opinions first became subject to scrutiny when she liked an Instagram post from the former president laying out the Republican Party's 2024 platform.

She then shared a post on her Instagram story that seemed to call out her critics, although it didn't explicitly mention politics. "Contrary to the tone of the world today....you can disagree with someone, and still love them. You can have differing views, and still be kind." Underneath the screenshot in her story, she wrote, "Read that again!"

Some of Mahomes' other followers also made political statements on her Abercrombie Instagram post. "Harris 2024" wrote one user. "Trump was best friends with Jeffrey Epstein," wrote another. Fans of the former president took the opportunity to cheer Mahomes on. "Don't let the liberals hurt your feelings, you're gonna gain followers by supporting trump," said one fan.
