Things are heating up for Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. The two have recently been spotted enjoying quality time together upon Swift's return home from the European leg of her Eras Tour. And now, as NFL season is approaching, Kelce, 34, continues to show Swift, 34, love.
Ahead of the NFL season, several of the Kansas City Chiefs players, including Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, Chris Jones, Nick Bolton, Justin Reid, and Harrison Butker participated in a roundtable discussion on Wednesday, August 28, hosted by announcer Mitch Holthus. During the conversation, Kelce shared some words of affirmation to Holthus, saying "We love you" on behalf of his teammates.
Holthus then asked if Kelce would "love [him] more than Taylor," to which he replied "Maybe not."
After all, the couple has shown their love for each other in some pretty festive ways. Earlier this week, Kelce purchased interest in a race horse named Swift Delivery, which Swifties immediately caught onto as a nod to the singer.
Over the course of the Eras Tour, Swift has worn the Chiefs colors on stage, as well as earrings and a bracelet with hers and Kelce's initials. She's also changed the lyrics to one of her songs, in order for her ode to good "Karma" to allude to Kelce.
It's hard to hear one of their names without the other these days. Earlier this week, Kelce made spoke at the Kansas City Sports Awards, where his look prompted mixed responses. Many fans attributed the look to his time with Swift.
Also during the night, Kelce noted the key to a fulfilling career in sports is "being curious and adventurous in different career fields, knowing that football is going to end for everyone." Of course, many Swifties believe Swift is the one who encouraged Kelce to explore other avenues, like television and film. Especially given the fact Kelce has many on-screen projects on the way.
