Jimmy Fallon is saying goodbye to summer with a sweet — and rare — family photo.
The 49-year-old late-night host took to Instagram on Thursday, August 29, to post a slew of photos from his summer adventures, including an adorable family picture with his wife, Nancy Juvonen, 57, and their daughters, Winnie, 11, and Frances, 9.
In the scenic snap, the Fallon family poses on a dock at a lake. Juvonen has an arm around her hubby, and the pair's faces touch while their two daughters stand in front of their famous parents and hug. The comedian kept his outfit simple with brown khakis and a Hawaiian printed shirt while his wife and daughters opted for dresses.
Juvonen went with an orange maxi style, and Winnie and Frances chose printed sundresses. However, the real star of the picture is Gary, the family's golden retriever, seated on the floor between everyone.
The comedian captioned his post, "Arrivederci, summer 2024. #photodump."
Friends and fans loved seeing a glimpse of Fallon's personal life. Actress Keke Palmer, who stars with Fallon on game show Password, gushed, "You're so fab friend! I live for u 💕."
"Love when you post family pics❤️❤️❤️❤️," one fan commented.
Included in the photo dump were various pictures from the Saturday Night Live alum's travels around Europe this summer. The Emmy Award winner shared a few pictures from Paris, as he was there for the 2024 Olympics, hosting NBCUniversal's closing ceremony coverage with sportscaster Mike Tirico.
Several of the shots were also taken in Rome, Italy, most notably a picture which appears to be taken in the Sistine Chapel — photos are strictly prohibited there — and a snap of Fallon shaking the Pope's hand.
The actor's 27 million followers flooded the comment section about his sneaky Sistine Chapel picture and meeting the Pope.
"Sneaky!!! Sistine Chapel pics are prohibited 😂," one user joked. "So dope to meet the Pope. 🔥," another individual remarked.
TV host Scott Evans commented, "I'm sorry, was that THE POPE!?"
Fallon is currently promoting his new children's book 5 More Sleeps 'Til Halloween, which will hit bookstores on Tuesday, September 3. The best-selling author announced his picture book on an August episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and joked people should "give it out to trick-or-treaters."
