Prince George, Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte have made a touching cameo in the video update issued by Princess Kate on her cancer and chemotherapy treatment.
On Monday, the princess issued the 296-word update, revealing that she has completed her course of chemotherapy treatment and is focusing on staying "cancer-free."
The message was featured in a three-minute video distributed through the royal's social media channels and contained touching clips showing Kate and Prince William with their three children.
Shot by videographer Will Warr in Norfolk last month, the video clips contain several moments where the family dynamic between 11-year-old George, 9-year-old Charlotte and 6-year-old Louis is on display.
In one clip, George looks up into the camera lens and asks, "Is this filming?" as his mother and younger brother sit behind him. Louis then moves into focus, asking, "Hello?" and is joined by Charlotte.
The siblings have won praise from fans for their appearances in the clip, with one posting on X (formerly Twitter): "A beautiful video and refreshing to see a loving family together. Lovely to hear the voices of George, Charlotte and Louis. And to see William and Catherine hold hands - something we don't often see."
Another X poster commented on the three children, writing: "Love this clip of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. They are growing up in a happy and loving family."
The video and images released alongside it offer one of the closest views of William and Kate's family life behind palace walls that have been released.
The privacy of the three Wales children, particularly during their mother's illness, has been a consistent priority for the royal couple and their palace aides.
The last major public event attended by George, Charlotte and Louis together was the Trooping the Colour celebrations for King Charles' birthday in June. The event marked the first attended officially by Kate since March's announcement of her cancer diagnosis.
In Monday's statement, the princess reflected on the journey she has been on since the diagnosis, but she added that she was looking forward to returning to public life.
"As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment," she said. "The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant, and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown.
"The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you.
"With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before and, with that, a new perspective on everything."
She continued, "This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted. Of simply loving and being loved.
"Doing what I can to stay cancer-free is now my focus. Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long, and I must continue to take each day as it comes.
"I am, however, looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can. Despite all that has gone before, I enter this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life.
"William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time. Everyone's kindness, empathy and compassion has been truly humbling.
"To all those who are continuing their own cancer journey, I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand. Out of darkness can come light, so let that light shine bright."
