Back-to-school means family photos, and that's certainly true for 7-year-old Prince Thompson, son of Cleveland Cavaliers player Tristan Thompson.
In an Instagram post, 33-year-old Thompson shared photos where he posed with Prince. Judging by his backpack, Prince appeared to be on his way either to or from school.
The father and son showed big smiles as Thompson wrapped an arm around Prince. In the second photo, they leaned against each other, arms crossed, with identical poses. Dad wore an all black tracksuit that complimented his son's all-white ensemble. Thompson didn't share much of a caption, only an emoji of two men standing together. 👬🏾
The comments were full of fans noting Prince's resemblance to his half-sister, 6-year-old True. Thompson shares daughter True and two-year-old son Tatum, who was born via a surrogate, with ex Khloé Kardashian.
"[Prince] and true are twins😍" one fan noted, "Prince and True and Tatum sure carry a lot of your jeans [sic]" agreed another. Not all the comments were supportive, however. Some followers noted that Thompson is not known for being a "present" father to his four children. "So posing for an occasional picture makes him a good father?" asked one Instagram user.
Thompson's personal life has faced heavy scrutiny due to his on-again, off-again relationship with Kardashian and several other women. Prince is the daughter of Thompson and his ex Jordan Craig, who he separated from in 2016 shortly before Prince was born.
Thompson was accused of cheating on her with Kardashian, 40, though both have denied claims that Craig and Thompson were together when they began dating. Thompson has since admitted to being unfaithful to Kardashian while they were together as well, including sharing an infamous kiss with friend of the family Jordyn Woods.
In addition to True, Tatum, and Prince, the basketball player also fathered another child, Theo, with Maralee Nichols while he was still dating Kardashian. The Good American co-founder and the ball-player are no longer together, but reportedly remain good friends and co-parents.
