Transgender activist Jazz Jennings has often documented many parts of her journey on her TLC show I Am Jazz — her transition, her high school and college life, and her wellness habits. In a post shared to Instagram on Monday, August 26, Jennings, 23, shared a big milestone from her health and fitness journey.

Jennings revealed that over the course of the past two years, she has lost 100 pounds. In a video montage, Jennings is seen running, doing kettle bell exercises, and wall sits.

"Good health is not a certificate you display, it is a constant effort!" Jennings said in the post's caption. "I still have room for improvement, but I am more motivated and inspired than I've been in years. Let's keep it going!"

Jennings has long been open about her struggles with binge-eating disorder, which was a big subject on the seventh season of I Am Jazz in 2021. She spoke about these struggles in an Instagram post shared that same year. At the time, she had gained 100 pounds within the span of two years.

"I'm posting this photo because it's time for me to address my weight gain and hold myself accountable," read the post's caption. "I'm ready to change my ways; I've been saying I'm ready to turn over a new leaf, but I'm running out of trees now. I'm ready to take the initiative and create positive changes when it comes to my health and body."

As we can see in Jennings' latest video, her efforts have manifested well, but her ambitions haven't slowed down.

Oftentimes, Jennings has shown the negativity she's received both on social media, and in real life. But thankfully, most of the comments on her latest post appear to be encouraging and supportive.
